PC GAMING iSN'T DYING! Stop with the end-of-world crap!

Those of you who look at b&m sales, guess what?  That's not the only way a game is sold now on a pc.

While online sales aren't yet calculated, analyst's believe onlien sales are far better then any console sold.

WoW has more users then any console.  Steam has 15 million users. 200 million people bought a popcap game in the past year.

Stop your 'pc gaming is dying' rants because their stupid.  PC Gaming is going online, not dying.

Online pc gaming is growing faster then any console.

And BTW, if you truly wanna know why UT3 and Crysis had poor sales, look at their original Digital Distribution choices.  EA Downloader for Crysis, nothing for UT3.

You certainly don't see the developers of Lost Planet Extreme Condition complain that their far worse game then those two sold far more on Steam....

Just as an example, 1 month after the orange box got released valve released info on 600,000 instances of HL2 episode 2 players played.

Most sales come after, and the orange box never sold as much as COD4.

If I had to make a guess, sales for Orange box online are 2 million or more, sales of COD4 are 4 million or more.

We aren't gonna know until online sales are shown. But as of right now, jumping the gun and saying pc gaming is dead when the online sales are very good, is not wise.

If you want to know why UT3 and Crysis have low sales, just look at the hardware requirements and performance...

I think PC gaming is very alive, especially in its traditional strong genres of hardcore strategy, roleplaying (not the action rpgs or super-linear console rpgs) and simulations.
