Trial software Question

I do want to trial the software before buying - as you do..

Do installed sound schemes require soundpackager to run in the background,

or does it instal the sound scheme  - as "normal" that is - it instals .wav files like normal XP sound files, and does not require

the software to run in the background?

and if I were to instal a sound scheme - if the software expired - I'd no loger have a sound scheme? and woudl have to reinstate the original XP sounds?
