Economy ? More like SupCom? Or?

The one main issue I've had with SupCom is that I suck at economy aspects of the game, not sure why, but its the only RTS I have ever had such an issue with.

If Demigod is similar to DoTA , does that mean it will have a simple economy? I can't really find much information ( prolly since its so new yet ).

Hopefully it's something where you get a constant income of gold, and get gold and xp from killing.

Dunno though.

Looking over @ the GPG site, looks like the economy will be much simpler than SupCom was, so that is good. Looks like you actually gain income from possibly killing, which will be nice.

In Dota it worked only on kills.
You got less money when some of your "faction" or "party" (even NPCs) killed another NPC or Player. That was like a constant "income" but very small.
You got more money when killing an NPC by yourself.
Most money you got for killing other heroes, and not only you got money by killing them they also lost a part of there money in that case, depending on how high their playerlevel was, that was quite hurting them when they died at level 10 (max).
So there where mechanics in Dota to share (pool) the money from players within the same party, usually a good friend or a high-health-hero got all the money from a player, when he knows he wouldn't survive his last action and got it back (or not if the player is an leecher). So he had not to pay the death penalty. Anyway that's how it worked in dota, maybe its similar in Demigod, I don't know...

If there is buildings you can make to get money I hope it's just something like an interest-gaining building where you gain interest on unspent money.
