Wom...there was already a thread about it...

On that one I simply commented 'it won't happen'.

US Congress does not run the planet and thus cannot affect International Copyright Law.

Artists 'owned' their works before the US of A was even thought of....so Congress can laud it all over 250 million on the planet....but that is a bee's dick of the world population...;)
