Cosmos Theme graphics corrupt

The task bar is corrupt

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed the cosmos theme and the task bar is corrupt. Should I attempt a reinstall? Also, as a FYI, in Impulse, it does not show under my themes as the cosmos theme is not listed on the registration page.
