No joy, same error as before (except for the version number increment):

I've no idea...I'm unable to reproduce this.  I'll point one of the Impulse guys to this thread.

I was able to update Sins of a Solar Empire and the GC2: Twilight of the Arnor beta using Impulse, and again was unable to update Space Rangers 2 with the same error message as before.

I'm thinking that a full uninstall and reinstall of Space Rangers 2 might be the next logical troubleshooting step.
