being able to download the game ?

I now the game is pre order item but I seen people playing it and just like glatic civlizations I thought if you pre ordered it youd get to be able to play the beta of the game ?

I am taking it this isnt exactly true ?

theres people playing plotical machine 2008 currently I was curies as to how do you get into beta to be able to do that ?
