Cannot get Online

Well, I got Sins, and played a few offline games, and decided to try out multiplayer. I made an account, got the patch, and installed it. But when I inserted my account username and password, it says that the account was not found... any ideas?

Theres a problem with that, the serial number is already used, so I can't make a new one.

If you didn't steal the game, you should contact support. That's a serious issue, especially because the online game is really fun.
