notes on Deskscapes 1.95.[b].028 update

Just in case anyone is listening and cares, I updated Deskscapes yesterday to the latest version above. Everything still works fine (running Vista Home Premium on a Q6600 system with 2 gigs of RAM and a BFG 8800 GTS 320MB video card) but CPU usage has gone way up. Nothing else on my system has changed since the Deskscapes update, but now the CPU idles at 30 to 40 percent usage where before it would be in the teens. Same dream running as before, btw.

Any thoughts?

What version of Deskscapes were you running before?

Edit: Thats a very high resolution video which is probably why it is using quite a bit of cpu.

Not sure of the number, but the most recent version as of a couple of weeks ago when I first downloaded and installed it.

That is a high-res dream, but prior to the update to the latest beta it was not taxing the CPU like this at all.

Just trying to be helpful for Stardock. It is beta, after all.
