Effects

from WinCustomize Forums
     Years ago, before I had Object Desktop, I Visited WinCustomize and one of the download categories
was different effects, shadows, etc. for WindowFX.
     What Happened to that category? Is it still available somewhere on Wincustomize or elsewhere?
Does anyone know where?
     WindowFX is one of my favorite Stardock products and the reason I got Object Desktop. Please help
if you can.

Hiya Pan the category still exists, login to wincustomize then

from the gallery menu select edit



Then Show all



Then Save


Then scroll down the bottom of the list and you'll see the category


Sadly though there aren't that many effects available they are supposed to be making windowFX compatible with vista I'm hoping when this happens there will be more effects created by some of our talented designers.

A whole new world of goodies! Thank you so much for the imformative
and visual instructions, I always could count on the H.A.
As for Vista, I'm not impressed. It seems as if it is incompatible
to everything except solitaire.
And the few WindowFX effects will make me happy with more 'shiny pretties'
to play with. Thank you again!!!!

Your quite welcome I'm glad I could be of help :) I don't know I think vista is good, I don't seem to have many problems. I know there are some Stardock programs that are slow to get there but actually I'm kinda glad I would rather wait and get a not so buggy piece of software then have them give us some bugged out piece of crap software that's compatible but still has ton's of problems ya know.
