Forum Update v1.5.2991.23683

Version 1.5.2991.23683 of the forums was published today. Most of the modifications were done in areas of the code which deal with goings on behind the scenes. However, there were a few little updates that should make some people happy.

When you're looking at a list of posts, youll see this icon quite often
If you're logged in, and you've viewed the post previously, this icon will take you to the last page and reply that you read. The 'last reply that you read' is techincally the last reply on the last page you read, on a particular post.
Sometime in the future we'll be adding an option to My Account which will allow you to instruct the site to do this for every post you read, automagically.

There were also some fixes including the fun missing #4 reply snafu that was giving so much fun to the users :)

(Just a friendly reminder; Forum Update posts will be moderated with an iron fist. Please do not reply with feature requests or ask when/if features will be available or when/if bugs will be fixed. Thanks)

It works!

As an aside . . that is one massive build #
Is it sequential or does it have other inherent meaning?

Sequential. Every time we make a modification to the code and refresh locally for debugging (or begin a debug session) the framework rebuilds the assembly. Hence the last quandrant increases quite a bit between updates to the forums here. The first and second quandrant indicate more of an overall codebase revision status (major changes) and the last two are more for me and the other devs. Also helps us make sure that our servers arent running a (incorrectly) cached version of the site.

Thats great. Just out of curiosity is there a reason why on the My Replies page they arent placed in the Post Title column near the "1 2 3 Last" buttons?

I swear its not a complaint just a question ;)

I'd like to take this time to thank andrew_ for the effort he is putting into making this one of the premiere sites to spend time browsing in and for enduring our frequent feature requests. The WC site and JoeUser are improving each day and we appreciate your talented work.

THANK YOU! :CONGRAT:
