My xfire is (rather shamefully) 'Balvarine' I made it a long time ago so don't ridicule me. I've played a few single player games plus one multiplayer game. Had lots of fun.

Why don't you guys just use ICO online to play? What is the advantage of xfire?

Instead of XFire--why not learn how to use Internet Relay Chat (IRC)? It's really easy and body slams XFire as far as group chat goes. (IRC is what us oldschoolers have been using since 1994.)

There's an IRC channel for the Sins game:

If you use Firefox, download the Chatzilla plugin and then type:

Hey Stardock! Any chance of making a built-in IRC mod for the game? Unreal Tournament '99 and UT 2004 had it and it was great. Having an easy to access, built-in IRC browser would really help strengthen the online multiplayer community and thus the game's player base and staying power.

x-fire is rubbish, just use IRC.

I am looking for games with new players as well. Only have a few games against the CPU under my belt and looking for some people along the same level of skill. Would like to get some larger team games going. PM me here for my email. Teamspeak/Vent is also a good idea for teammates.

One flaw i see to this game is that there is never an abundance of open games! whats with that?

I saw a thread about people talking about SCII and how one person said "it will suck" maybe it wont be even close to as cool as i think this game is, time will tell, but shit at least there will be countless open games and ladders too.
