ATTENTION Stardock

I was trying out Tweak Vista (seeing that is came as a "trial", i thought it was appropriate). I decided to give the "Agressive" Internet setting a try (seeing that I have a very fast and powerful machine as it indicated). Well....my internet access slowed down to roadkill speed. Forget THAT setting. So I put it back to Default, then reopened the browser. NADA....STILL ROADKILL SPEED. I logged out and then back in. Nothing. I rebooted. STILL NOTHING. Internet is sloooooooowwwwwww. Could someone PLEASE tell me what changes were made when I set it to that $%^&* "aggressive" setting so I can manually reset them??!??? This program should NOT act this way!!!!
