logonstudio value creation failed " at line 536

After managing to sort out the same thing at several other lines, I can't find anything wrong at line 536. any ideas?

the line is:element id=atom(contentcontainer0) layout=filllayout() layoutpos=client content=rcbmp(100,3,#0,1009,569,1,0)

The 100 refers to bitmap_100.bmp, it must be a true bitmap, not a jpeg or a jpeg renamed to bitmap.
