Totalgaming Integration with SDCentral

Hello!

First, the love-in: Totalgaming has been really cool so far, I've been a subscriber since Drengin.Net was released, and it feels like it's really gathering some momentum now.

Now, on to the "I wish you would" bits...

The community links from SDCentral seem really haphazard at the moment:
- You need to use the Web Browser to get to TotalGaming information
- The Discussion pages seem focused exclusively on Galciv, rather than TG
- News is across all products, but mainly seems to be OD stuff

Perhaps a more "tree like" structure would be helpful - each type of subscription forms the top node:
+ ObjectDesktop
- Software
- News
- Discussion
- Chat
- Skins & Themes

+ TotalGaming.Net
- Software
- Find A Game
- News
- Chat
- Discussion

+ Free Stuff

+ Web Browser

And so on, or - more controversially - a dedicated version of SDCentral exclusively for TotalGaming.

Matchmaking for multiplayer games could be provided as an adjunct to Chat or similar (I guess a bit like Gamespy...)?

At the moment, SDCentral is a software distribution interface that looks like an attempt to "pull it all together", but bluntly, it seems to have been the victim of a few too many strategies.

Any comments? Does the "integrated interface" strategy need a re-vamp? Is it "just fine" as is?

Whadayathink?

Personally I love using SDCentral, I bought Galciv first and it was great having the discussion boards along with the downloadable updates and product info available through SDCentral.
I would love to see (at the very least) these forums added as discussion groups into the SDCentral interface, and perhaps under the totalgaming.net tab which lists all the games it could initially load the totalgaming webpage in the lower half of the split screen interface for updates or something... I definitely think giving some more attention to totalgaming in SDCentral would be great. I also realise that at least at present, TG.Net is a less profitable branch of stardocks main product line and it has to come in at least second in resources devoted towards it's maintenance and development.

But Please. Add the Forums as discussion groups in SDCentral!!!

Yes, the Galciv forums are cool integrated, and it'd be nice to have all the "properties" given equal (or at least some) stature in the UI.
