i cant use metaverse

Ive been playing galactic civilisations II for quite abit now and i have made a login. but for some reason everytime i attempt a login this message appears "The transaction with the server has taken to long to complete..".

ive tryed other games to see if it has anything to do with my security(norton internet security) but they all work. is their some kind of patch i need to download? if their is then can someone give me the link to it?

im having a simular problem as well i have the goty version of dread lords and when i try to rgister it it says invalid and i have made sure it matches the goty reg code to the t as far as caps and every thing

I only find this error occuring when my internet connection is spotty.

If you continue to be unable to submit meta games, contact [email protected] to see if there's anything they can do.
