Downloads won't show up

I have a new Visa laptop.  I have no other version of Stardock on this new laptop.  I bought an upgrade (I have an older version of Cursor XP on an older laptop I am no longer using) for Cursor FX.  It is working fine for me.  There were a few glitches - but with a few restarts everything seems to be working fine.  Except - when I try to down load any new cursors - I place them in the Stardock/Cursor FX file and they don't show up when I use the program.  Can anyone help me with this?  I have only been able to download one cursor that has shown up other than the cursors that came with the program.  Thank you.  I would greatly appreciate an email answer if possible.  Carol  [email protected]

The CursorFX themes need to be located in \Users\Public\Public Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes for Vista OS.
