What does "Creative" trait give you?

If you select "Creative", what are the advantages? Are there any extra techs? Or do you get the normal ones faster? But then, what would be the difference to Science Bonus?

I pick creative tech., and I honestly don't know what it does either (but it looks cool

). I think it might give you some of them precursor events that a lot of the other alien races seem to get.

Creative means more new techs become available "quicker".

I think it gives you more chance for anomalies to give you the bonus 25% to current research tech. When I played a game with 'Creative', it seemed like I was getting a lot more of those types of anomalies as opposed to the 'waste of time' ones I usually get. :notsure:

It allows you to skillfully replace critical ingredients in any dish you are making with excellent substitutes (e.g. sea-salt as an anchovy substitute). Being 'creative' is the skill that will make you the culinary envy of all the other races!

I have the same experience. In Master of Orion 2 creative was a really cool thing, but there? Lost points :/

Creative gives you a small chance of finishing the tech you are researching on the next turn instead of the number of turns it should take.

Not as cool as one might hope - you're better off putting the point into research if you want a "creative" race.

Actually Creative gives you another bonus. It lowers the morality score required for some of the Good techs and raises the morality score required for the evil tech's.

I have had great luck with "Creative"
I watch my Tech very close and i have finished several a game earlier than the # of months left.
