ship foundry/other plus spaceship buildings

I thought only ships built after this improvement was built get the plus hps. But all of my ships of the same class have the same hps. Additionally I do not see any increase in hps at all from the ship foundry which is plus 25 or so.

Yea, it doesn't affect hp. It affects attack/defense though... just another doc bug.

Have they fixed the problem where +ship% was not affecting after you loaded from a save game?
