Lose Right Button control on my brand new laptop...

After a few minutes of gameplay in campaign mode (don't know if this happens in quick play) i can no longer right click on a state to travel there.

I am using a BRAND NEW HP zt3000 laptop with synaptics touchpad and an ati9200 card. when i return to windows, i have full functionality.

any advice? please help! i want to love this game but I can't play through a single round as is!

Try hitting C the next time that happens and try again. You may be losing the selection of your character to an operative or activist, and hitting C will auto-select your candidate.
