Game is f***** frustrating/ Won't start

I cannot get this game to work, nor do I believe I should have to do anything more than put the damn CD in the computer and press install for it to work. When you sell a product at Target, the buyer should not need to be intimately familiar with computer programming in order for it work.

My system meets the requirements needed and I downloaded 1.01. However, when I try to play, I get the menu page and cannot get further than that page. In other words, when I try to click on game play, campaign play, etc..., nothing happens and I am stuck.

Can someone please advise me how to fix this before I just believe that I got ripped off from a computer company?

First off, sorry you're running into such a problem.  However, given that there aren't other reports of this, could you see how the assertion that we're trying to "rip you off" might be a bit offensive to us? If you want help, try not treating us as if we're out to get you or something.

Next, contact Ubi Soft. The back of the manual has the official support information. 

It would also help to know a little bit about your computer. Since the game doesn't have this problem on other computers, we have to see what is different about your comptuer. What kind of video card do you have? What operating system are you running? What kind of computer is it?
