What Happened To Ya, Bill O'Reilly?

Bill O'Reilly has always been a self-important, pompous, narcisistic, arrogant, conceited, condescending ASS, but hey, we can't all be perfect, right? But at least Wild Bill could be counted on for hard-hitting, no-holds-barred interviews and commentary, beginning with his old "Inside Edition" TV show and currently with his FOX News "O'Reilly Factor" TV show.
What has happened to you lately, Bill? Your "No Spin Zone" has morphed into the "No-SPINE Zone"! Last night you actually DEFENDED Dan Rather and the alphabet network talking heads over their obvious left wing bias, and specifically over Rather's use of forged documents to embark on a witch hunt intent on hurting President Bush. WHAT has gotten into you, Bill? Do you honestly believe that Dan Rather is NOT culpable in this forged-document scandal? Do you honestly believe that Dan Rather just READS the news that his "cracked" staff of left wing operatives place in front of him or post on the teleprompter, and has no input into the CONTENT of what he reads to his ever-shrinking audience? That is RIDICULOUS, Bill! For you to align yourself with the likes of Dan Rather and Tom Brokaw, and SLAM the "right wing radio commentators" for "jumping all over" the forged document scandal is confusing at the very least, and a BETRAYAL to your audience and supporters at worst. Maybe you've been attending too many of those left wing Gollywood Bush "hate-fests" and you are starstruck? Or maybe Terry McAuliffe slipped a mickey into your drink at the party he threw at his house? Who knows, Bill, but be forewarned that you are not the Number 1 cable show in your time slot because you are a left wing apologist and defender! What got you to the top is what will KEEP you at the top.
If I want to witness a nauseating left wing lovefest, I'll switch over to Larry King!

Maybe the flying accusations from the left have gotten to him...

Either that, or somebody is blackmailing him into obedience.

I quiver at the thought of that. I am attending a show of his at the NJ State Theatre on the 22nd of October.. I hope he isn't spineless there.

I listened to O'Reilly's radio show today and he was in no way defending Rather. He was saying quite a bit of negative stuff about him. O'Reilly just doesn't think that Rather knew the documents were fake before he reported it.

O'Reilly's Position is that Dan Rather thought that the documents were legitimate but, now that they think they may have been duped, CBS is trying to cover things up.

Yes. I turned on my radio at 3:30 Eastern Time and was greeted with the soothing voice of O'Reilly. He wasn't defending him; more saying that Rather shouldn't shoulder the all the blame for this.

All in all, I still believe O'Reilly is entertaining and he leans a bit to the right. I mean he sounds like he prefer Bush over Kerry

Perhaps he uses the same kind of shady sources to blast the left. Comraderie in the ranks.

Fuck O'Reilly and fuck you, friend.

How classy.

I couldn't have put it better myself. Please excuse me while I keep laughing about the weight of that one.
