Missing DLL file on demo

Have gotten this message when trying to start this demo. "This application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I have tried to reinstall a few times but get the same problem. Also is there a techsupport email or are we supposed to post here.

That means that you need to install DirectX 9.
