Question- Meeting the Press

Easy question:
In the manual, it says this:
"In a given state you can also meet with the press. Pressing the “Interview” button will bring up the local media interview screen.
On this screen you’re being interviewed by a local reporter. By a strange coincidence, each state’s local reporter looks very similar to the local reporters in other states…"
What is the Interview button? In playing, I've seen cameras pop up that I travel to that will grant me interviews on various shows. But this sounds as if I can start an interview at any time in any state I'm currently in. Is that possible? If so, which button is it?
