I HAVE BEEN GIVING THE GAME A BAD RAP. I KEPT SAYING THERE WAS A FLAW IN THE GAME. IF YOU GET A BLACK SCREEN AFTER THE INTRO
THE PROBLEM IS YOU VIDEO CARD DRIVER. I WENT TO OMEGADRIVERS.NET AND DOWNLOADED THEIR DRIVER FOR MY RADEON CARD WHICH
WAS FOR "WINDOWS 2K-XPV2.5.67" SORRY FOR THE COMPLAINTS VERY GOOD JOB ON THE GAME!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU

I updated my video driver and I still can't get it to work. I stand by my belief that this game has some serious problems. I'm not big into computer games, but I have NEVER had problems like this with the dozen or so games I have purchased over the past 5 years.

I sent e-mail to tech support and they have yet to reply. My guess is that they're busier writing phoney reviews and posts than they are at working with customers to fix their problems.

In addition to the tech support email, could you post your problem here (if you havn't already) to see if other players have found a solution to your issue? Also, are you playing the Retail CD version (with or without the 1.01 patch) or are you playing off TotalGaming.Net?

In the meentime we'll be working to get these problems fixed (and I assure you, none of us have been writing 'phony' reviews ).

The game will work fine on pretty much any computer that has updated video drivers installed. You seem more inclined to go around writing nasty things than wanting help.

That's totally false. The game works fone on Geforce cards, ATI cards that have even remotely updated drivers (I run it on my Laptop which has an ATI 9000 and I didn't even have to update the drivers).  And it works fine on the newer Intel Extreme graphics adapters.

I realize trashing us apparently makes you feel better. But we worked very hard on this game and it does work for most people just fine. We want to help people -- even though technically that's Ubi Soft's job -- but it's really hard to want to spend overtime working with guys like you if you're going to go around and trash us.

I'm sorry you're having problems getting the game to run on your computer. We will continue to try to help people who have video card issues with the game. But trashing us in various on-line reviews is not going to help.
