Game Start Up

I am having the same problem as everyone else. The game starts up and plays the intro but then it crashes. I've tried emailing Ubisoft and Stardock and they won't respond. I've also downloaded the patch and that will not fix the problem. Can anyone help? Email me at [email protected]

If you e-mailed support on Friday, it was a holiday weekend; the auto-reply would have said that no support e-mails will be receive answers before today (Tuesday). Did you update your video drivers? Did you e-mail support your dxdiag report?

Also, some people with this problem have been able to resolve it by turning off the intro movie. To do this, go into Data\prefs.ini and set SkipIntro = 1.

The crashing after intro one is that bloody copy protection thing. Evil..EEVIIL.  But if you eamil support and let them know they can help you on that.
