Game Crashes

The game was working fine and I playes through the campaign a few times. This mourning when I went to play the game it crashed when I went to the campaign menu. I choose my person and then i hit play and the game crashes. I tried again and the game crashed. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I immidatly I installed the patch. I loaded the game and I still have the problem!! what should I do.

I have been trying to get the game to work since it was released. Your best bet is to take it back for a refund---MAJOR FLAW IN THE SOFTWARE

We have found that some of the data (saved data) from 1.0 isn't compatible with 1.01.  You may want to uninstall it, reinstall ita nd then immediately apply 1.01 and then start your campaign.
