Meeting the press, where is the dang button!

For the life of me I can't figure out how to meet the press to get interviews. There aren't any instructions on how to do that in the book and I'm ticked off about that. Any suggestions?

i was wondering this also. all i've heard is that the interview feature may not have been included in the final release of the game.

Please someone who made this game come and tell us. I was lucky enough to have a national interview once and it helped me loads. This one feature takes up 2 pages in the manual and I cannot believe that it was not included.

The opportunity to be on the media shows happens randomly (I believe) a few times throughout the campaign, perhaps 3-5 times. You will see a television screen flash in a state and then a camera with a red (Rep) or blue (Dem) base will appear there. You must visit that state during that turn and accept the invitation to appear on the show. If your candidate has low intelligence, you can look pretty bad with your answers on some of the tougher shows.

This issue comes up every week or so. So once again, there is no interveiw button. It was reffered to in the manual, but not put in the final release.

We took the interview button out because it was not fun during testing.

well why didn't you take it out of...um that little thing called THE MANUAL!?!?! or off the website...that's pretty ridiculous...talk about your bad user experience...out
