Can't get desktop themes to install or load

I have tryed to install a desktop theme but it wont load - can you give me a step by step on how to upload a theme and change the desktop - thank you

What program are you using? I had a bit of trouble loading themes to begin with because I couldn't find the skins for the program I had. If you've got any extra details someone should be able to help.

That I dont know - I have been using powerdesk to open all of my wallpapers from this site and it has done good. But i can't open themes or cursors and i don't no which program 2 use for those. It does ask me but i dont no which one to use.

The themes are not Windows themes.  They either use theme manager, DesktopX or WindowBlinds depending on what type of "theme" they are.  For the Cursors, you need CursorXP.  The library that you are downloading the file from will list what program is needed to run it.
