Is it recommended that people start their first campaigns with created characters? Also, how can we increase the number of character points for created characterss?

Unless you modify the character more than the game allows, which you can find out how to do in a sticky up top, I would start with a premade cadidate.

thanks...where's the sticky?....also, where can i download the kennedy and hitler characters...i remember seeing them but now can't find them...
