How does Taft keep getting the chamber of commerce endorsment

I don't know if any one else is having this problem but I don't even have the option of getting the endorsment. It does not show up on my endorsment list. But every time I play him he gets it.

Just a history type of thing, I think.
Taft was in the chamber of commerce the years preceeding his death...so that explains it all.
Who are you playing, though?

Has happened with Clinton, Kerry and a self made character. Also found out that I can only get 3 endorsements with him if i go for a fourth the game crashes
and when i get to Ford the game crashes when I go for a second endorsement.

Have you tried starting a new game from scratch. Now see if it still happens. If it doesn't then something got messed up in the save game.

It is a bug, this endourcement isn't available to us, but is avaiable to the cpu, and after the CPU gets it you can't get any more endourcements without it crashing.
