Campaign Mode is Defective

Hi, I played as W Bush against Clark and the game autosaved right before election night. So every time I go into to play the game I hit turn and then it goes through the election results over and over and over and over. It gives me the option to view results or go to the main menu or return to game and view results... Endless circle. So I go to main menu and then choose campaign and it basically starts over and forces me to play Clark again!! Someone please help, this sucks. Tech support was no help he said that's the way it supposed to work, but that was before I noticed it's and endless loop.

Are you sure you're not hitting the resume button? You have to press the campaign button to contnue your campiagn.  Resume just loads up your last game.

If you're loading a saved game from 1.0 in your 1.01 build it'll still give you that bug. You'll have to start a new game in 1.01 for the correct data to be included in the saved game file.

This is true the game I played was straight out of the box, last night I upgraded to 1.01 and continued where I left off at the end of a campaign. After completion of the Campaign I go back to Main Menu and start a new Campaign however, I still have to face Clark again when I already beat him and I have no other options to play against for democrats. I guess I need to try a new campaign and beat Clark again in the 1.01 version and then I'll be able to move on? Is this what you are telling me?
