Question about Espionage and Destabalization

when you get a bonus for your espionage ability, does this also improve your destabalization ability? such as if you pick the mercantile party, you get a +20 espionage bonus...i was wondering if that counts for destabalization too

In the manual is written that your espinage ability works for both for spying and destabization.. :)
