I been playin awhile and I keep submitting my score which usually ends up in the 1000s. Why isnt my name coming up on the list and where do you get the cool icons next to your name?

I am still having problems with Metaverse not recording my scores. I submitted two games before patching to 1.2 and it worked fine. Since 1.2 and now 1.3, it will not submit scores. I have not installed any mods - just playing the game as it is patched. I'm not patching in the middle of a game. Is there somewhere I can email scores to have someone take a look at my files to see if there is a problem there.
