kook question

Can someone explain the Kook to me? When it says "lowers rating by -X% in target state" is it talking about me or my opponent?

If it is your Kook, its you and If its The oponants Kook its him. Make sure you look at what it says about the Kook though. Sometimes they are good.

while we're answering questions, I've got one. In the game manual is says you can talk to the state media by pressing the interview button, which i've never been able to find. Is there an interview button, or am I too stupid to find it?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the kook pop up with both positive and negatives numbers? One time he might be giving you a boost while other times he is just weighing you down. Am I just getting a weird kook or is this how it is set up?

I thought that as well, the first thing I thought of when I saw him was Micheal Moore, not that I like the guy though, but he does bare a striking resmeblence to MM.

Yes, I also noticed "Holy crap it's Michael Moore." To me, he only looks like MM when you see him on the map, not the picture you see when you get him
