Only 6 states and triangular

Hi.
I have a problem because I can only play in 6 states and I see them triangular.
I have directx 9.0c, new drivers for my radeon 9000, pntium 4 2.4 Ghz and 525 MB of RAM.
What's the problem?

Make sure you're running at least Service pack 1 with Windows XP.  And make sure you update yoru Radeon drivers to at least the Catalyst 4.5s.

I downloaded the Catalyst 4.5, but I have Windows 2000 with SP4. Does politicalMachine need Windows XP? There is not in the system requirements.

I do have the same problem with a NVdia GEforce and win 2000 . I have the last update (windows system, service pack, driver etc) for all .

look like nobody is able to answerd this problem since 2 week at least.
