Two Questions About the Retail Game

I purchased the retail game from EB yesterday, and have two questions:

1) Why is there no seril number anywhere on the CD? Without it, cant register at Stardock Central to play m/p and get the patch.

2) Why isnt the Political Operative Kit free for the retail game? If I purchased the gamve via Stardock, it would have come free with it. But retail purchasers, I am told, will hav eto spend extra to get it... seems awfully unfair.

nah - I spent $29.95 on it.... the same as the Stardock one w/ the Political Operative Kit...

....well...you might have gotten the short end of the stick. I bought mine for 19.95 at Best Buy. No Operatives Kit.

The Retail Game is suposed to list for 19.99, (19.77) at walmart. If you paid more for a Box copie then they have marked it up.

If you buy form stardock it is 29.99 becuse it comes with the Political Operatives kit.

Also, the Political Operatives kit will be made avalible soon, sold separatly, for people who bought the 19.99 retail copy.

Maybe it was $29.95 because I bought it in Vancouver (exchange rate and all)...

I suppose paying $10.00 for the add-on isnt so bad.

Dont know how to register the game though, with no serial number on the CD...

I bought mine for $19.99 at EB Games...the only reason we didn't buy the Political Operative Kit, is because we are well aware of shipping prices...also, I wanted to see the game before I bought the kit...it doesn't have a serial code?
