Interview Button?

I can't seem to find the interview button for the local media. I must just be missing it since no one else seems to be having this issue. Any assistance in finding it would be much appreciated. Thanks

There is no "Interview" button!!! The interviews appear in states every so often as a little TV camera!

No originally we were going to have interviews be launched by pressing a button. But that wasn't fun. So we made them an event on the screen. The user manual I think still mentions the interview button.
