Doing interview with local media?

The manual says you can press the interview button and do a local media interview in a state. Has anyone found this? I have seen the national media icons and done national interviews, but I have no clue how to do a local interview.

Apparently this was changed at the last minute. There is no interview button. Just fly to the national interview camera of your party's color.
