No states visible

When i start the game i see triangles instead of states, and its really hard to navigate through the country with those. I have Windows XP no service packs, GeForce FX 5200 and 320 MB RAM

You need to apply Service Pack 1.  There is a problem with DirectX 9, WinXP, and Geforce FX's.  The wonders of PC gaming.

I have the same problem. The states show up as big triangles on the screen. (i can make a screenie if it helps).

Windows 2000
GeForce 4 Ti 4200 (Nforce 61.77)
All service Packs and hotfixes for win2k installed as well as Directx 9c
