Can't find game???

I live in East Texas and can't find the game. I have checked Walmart, BestBuy,EBGames. No one has it and Best Buy didn't show it in their system as getting it. Is there a way to buy the 19.99 version downloaded version online? I am also worried about it not working on my PC.

It seems to have arrived here in stores (Michigan). Also what are you machine specs?
