can't update to 1.01

obviously there are quite a few bugs in the game, and i'm trying to update to 1.01, but stardock is telling me there is no 1.01. it recognizes my 1.00, but then has ----- for the update version, and there is no download button.

where can i get the update?

i'm reading around, and it seems that it will be available "VERY SOON"...so, when the hell are you going to let me play this buggy, plastic coaster cd of a game? seriously, i can't even get beyond the first election in campaign mode...did you people actually TEST the game before you shipped it? how pathetic, almost as if buying software from microsoft, only worse.
