How do I meet the local press?

This is probably a stupid question but the instruction book says that, to meet with the local press, one needs to press the Interview button. Where is this elusive button? I'd swear I'm blind because I just can't find it for the life of me, unless it's located in some menu I have yet to traverse.

Feature changed in real game form manual.

Look for cameras that pop up in the map... then fly to the one that is for your interview.
