Game will not work/no bonus disk

I recieved my game today in the mail BUT I ordered the 30 dollar preorder plus bonus disk and I only recieved one disk with no bonus disk. PLUS I downloaded the game from your website last wednesday/thursday and it worked fine but when I put the disk in the computer and tried clicking the install/uninstall button it wouldn't do anything. Let me know what I can do to get it to work and get the bonus disk that I paid for.

Visit https://www.stardock.com/support.asp type in your email address and it'll email you the link to get the Operative's Kit.

As for the auto-run, it's probably confused because you installed it originally electronically.  Once you've downloaded the game, you technically don't need the CD.
