Campaign Play Problemo

So I'm playing in "Campaign Play" as John Kerry vs. Condi Rice, and I beat her, but it didn't let me advance to the next opponent. Is there something I am supposed to do? Or what happens with most people, does it automatically advance? Thanks.

It should advance, however you may have hit an autoSave bug. Did you save and resume the campaign at some point?
