PM2004 - Only grey map

I downloaded TPM today. I also installed the ActiveX 9.0c. The Game works but the map is just grey, the states are not visible so it's impossible to play the game. Can anybody help? Thanks.

Which operating system are you running? If you are running WindowsXP, make sure you have Service Pack 1 installed.

Need to know your hardware specs and whether you installed Service Pack 2. There is a reported SP2 issue we're working on.
