Amazing crabby story

My son's friend and her mom came to the door just now.  They live all the way up the street. 

Thay asked if we had lost a crab.

They had found, in their yard, a huge hermit crab.  Where he came from, no-one knows.  How he survived, no-one knows.

But we took him in.  We haven't got a name for him yet that we can agree on.  Anyone got any ideas?

A Huge crab? Alone in the wilds of the DAKOTAS? That doesn't make any sense at all.. unless it was someones pet and they gave up on it

How big is he? Is he in a painted shell or a normal one?

I would bathe him, iso him for a while and feed him plenty of yummy calcium and protein rich foods, as well as offer him lots of water to keep him hydrated.

That is absolutely insane.

As far as a name suggestion goes...

I like the name Simba... Like from the lion king.

He was lost in the wilderness.... some friends took him in (timon and pumba).... I love that movie

names -- i suggest sebastian aloitious in honour of trina_p's er... "sleeping".... hermit crabs

aforementioned crabs have been in their sleeping state for around 5 years now -- BUT THEY'RE SLEEPING!!!

What are you talking about tegan - Sebastian Aloysius and Bob died - I accepted that fact. They even got thrown away - and it wasn't 5 years ago - I got them in September a few months after but for my 18th birthday since I just turned 21 it's impossible for them to be sleeping for 5 years!!!
In all honesty I thought they were sleeping and then they weren't and then I didn't want to admit they were gone - but I knew and eventually I accepted it - and you should too teegs.

PS Caesy's already got a crab called Sebastian -- and you can't have 2 of them.

I suggest you continue your homestyle runner strongbad theme
