Altarian Prophecy Campaign Score

I played the first 5 missions (level = painful), and the scores were stacking normally at the end of each mission (total campaign score = 30k at the end of number 5).
Then at the end of mission 6, I get
- campaign score = 0
- mission score = 5130 or whatever
- new total score = 5130
Why did I lose my 30k from the first 5 missions ?
Did anyone have the same problem ?
