Metaverse scoring?

Hi, I was wondering why is my metaverse score divided in half?

A sum of my scores is 55304 but my total score displayed is 27652.

Roughly....

Your Metaverse scores are divided into blocks of 30 days from the most recent submitted game. Each block is divided by the square root of the number of games in it, and discounted by 5% per complete block of 30 days before it. These scores are then added to give your metaverse score.
