Campaign score reset?

I beat the 2nd mission in the Altarian Prophecy campaign and it said my Campaign score was 0 (up to that point?) and the mission score was 6xxx. What happened to my score from the first mission?

I have the same problem, but after mission 6.

Make sure the Cheats are disabled; other than that I'd be clueless as to what the problem could be.
